Annual report
New Jersey Annual Report Filing
Every domestic and authorized entity files an annual report online, due on the last day of the anniversary month of formation or authorization. The state fee is $75 for an LLC, for-profit corporation, LP or LLP. A nonprofit pays $30, and our nonprofit annual-report service is $129 plus that $30 ($159). Two consecutive missed years void the charter.
